Oufti is pre-compiled for Windows and Mac environments. To download the application, go to the download tab and select the package corresponding to your operating system.

The MATLAB Runtime Libraries are included with the software and should be installed when prompted during the installation process. It should be noted that the installation of these libraries are not needed if MATLAB R2014b is already installed in the host system. The Oufti package also comes with example data which is used in the tutorial below to perform basic cell identification, fluorescent signal detection, and fluorescent signal profile addition to cellList structure.
